Earthwatch Australia offers training, expeditions, information and resources for students and teachers to engage with and learn about the natural world.
- Students: Year 10-12 students can apply for full scholarships to participate in week-long research expeditions in school holidays.
- Teachers: From participating in teacher-training sessions and research excursions to accessing lesson plans, projects and other resources for Yrs 1-8, there are lots of ways for teachers to engage through Earthwatch Australia in nature-related biodiversity activities. Teachers can apply for participation in Bush Blitz as research assistants in a collaboration between scientists, business and government to survey species in situ.
